You've run multi-channel acquisition marketing campaigns before, but digital is where your heart is.  You believe in metrics and measurement, and look at people funny when they think last-event attribution is "good enough."  You are chomping at the bit to really, truly integrate paid, earned, and owned channels. You drive cost-effective conversion to scale. You still believe in brand, and care about the heart strings as much as the purse strings.  You've mentored and coached people and enjoy seeing them grow.
