  •      Call, qualify, and close new business opportunities within Training and Marketing
  •      Develop a solid pipeline of new business through consultative selling and a 'try before you buy' offer
  •      Provide online product demonstrations to prospective customers
  •      Be comfortable working up to 90% of your time from the "inside"; primarily using the phone and email
  •      Achieve key performance indicators including calls, demos, and new customer acquisition
  •      Exceed 200% of quota attainment 


  •      Undergraduate degree
  •      2 to 4 years of successful corporate sales experience  
  •      High energy, articulate, passionate, and motivated to be #1
  •      Ability to exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics  
  •      Consultative sales approach with strong prospecting and closing ability
  •      Exceptional oral and written communication
  •      Early adopter of technology and proficient in sales tools like, GotoMeeting, and Linkedin
  •      Must be able to work out of the New York Sales Office
